Excellent writing and acting. Some sections, like the chicken fragment and cococnut with white mother, didn't work for me. But overall the satire powerfully responded to our current moment in SA and globally. It's a provocation that will resonate with many critical and disaffected South Africans, I suspect.

It was terrific. I'm Daniel's mom and I'm responding on behalf my sister, Gail Pillay, her son Grant, his friend Luke and Luke's mother, Lynn. They were blown away by the show and spontaneously gave Daniel a standing ovation. A special thank you from me for providing me with comps - I hope you didn't get tired of me. On the plus side, through Daniel performing at your stunning venue, I've invited various people who would ordinarily not venture to your side of the world. So, I do think that you might find yourself being frequented by a "different" clientele. Thank you very much for the excellent service in the restaurant and bar. Sincerely Carol
