Audience Responses
Excellent show. The girls were very professional and the hostess very entertaining
All the girls were beautifully turned out , well groomed and well trained. I just felt that it got a little monotonous towards the 4th or 5th act, which is not a reflection of the 4th or 5th act, but of the fact that the show did not really take you anywhere new, exciting or unexpected. Their moves were repetitive, and never had that "WOW" factor. Music was absolutely magnificent, sound levels were great. An ambitious, commendable effort on everyone's part, but not a show I would be likely to recommend or remember, for that matter.
I am afraid that the show was a bit samey with 5 successive burlesque dancers. There is more to burlesque than this and the show needed it. You can only see a dancer take off their gloves so many times.
Dancing technique was poor on the whole. Only two of the five dancers were skilled dancers.
I think we were expecting more of a show / story in the burlesque theme, but there was no story line. It did feel a little 'amateur', unfortunately.
