Debby Jamieson and her three piece band will present a fun and light-hearted comedy song and dance cabaret.

"A Taste of Bette Midler" received rave reviews and comprises an entertaining repertoire including The Rose, Wind Beneath my Wings, From a Distance and other songs which give Debby an opportunity to utilise her comedic talent.
The show promises to be a relaxing, fun and happy time out for the audience.

Debby is a trained singer, dancer and actress. She studied Speech & Drama at CADA and did her Post Graduate Diploma in Acting and Musical Theatre at The Royal Central School of Speech & Drama in London. She studied Ballet, Tap, Modern and Spanish dancing. She performed in 'Into the Woods' off Westend and played a cabaret singer in 'To Die For' at the London Palladium. She has done stand-up comedy in pubs and clubs around London.

Ivor Jacobson has been playing drums for nearly 50 years. He has done some 32 shows in Cape Town, East London and Israel. He has been in the band Ivory for many years playing the "Oldies" and Latin American genres. He has been playing at the Ritz Revolving Restaurant for the last 5 years as well as for Weddings and Barmitzvahs.

Ted Faulkner has played in numerous bands such as the Shannigans, the Drifters and Ivory. He has been the Musical Director for Camelot, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat and All You Need is Love (a tribute to the Beatles).

It's a good show -- perhaps worthy of more than 3 performances. Her voice is good; the band played at the right volume, and the 4 of us who went enjoyed the evening. Thanks
