2013 has been a wreck! We've seen ratchett behaviour become the norm amongst the world's rich and famous, twerking went mainstream, we've seen natural and man-made disasters, we've suffered great losses and gains, one of those gains is great friendships, new partnerships and the ability to laugh at life's idiosyncrasies. Dress up as your favourite or least favourite 2013 person and come toast to the end of 2013 with a smashing wrecking ball hosted by Umlilo. For the first time the Upstairs is going to turn itself around, packing away the seating to make space for a dance floor and raised performance stage.

DJs will provide some old school pop, R&B, hip hop, rock 'n roll as well as some future kwaai, punctuated by performances from some of the Other City's craziest dancers.

11- onwards: Umlilo - Good Bye to the Best of 2013 and the Countdown to 2014
Special guest: Robert Haxton with a Britney Spears tribute.

Fabulous way of celebrating New Year's! Woohoo! Let's do it again next year!

Always a lovely atmosphere at The A Bar but felt the music choice was not great for a New Years eve when people want to dance their way into 2014 . It seemed to appeal to a very select group so was more fun to be outside. Better selection after 1 when Kim was DJ :) Still had a good time .

I hate NYE. I love Alexander Bar. Alexander Bar let me love NYE for the first time in many years. Thank you.
