Tell us a little more about your show?
Love Sex Fleas God is about a man who had a toxic childhood yet managed to become an awesome caring compassionate father. It’s received great reviews and has attracted young couples as well as families with young children. And yet it even worked at a retirement village in Diep River; grannies and granpas loved it.

And what’s next on the cards for you?
Hopefully to let the world know about my Public Speaking Coaching as I successfully did a pilot coaching for the President of a US cutting edge transport organisation.

And the project you’re dreaming of?
Running/facilitating four young actors in presenting plays at all schools affirming the good work the better teachers are delivering

How did you get into theatre(or music/burlesque/magic/etc)?
As a child, I watched a friend perform somer mime at a conference in Roma University, Lesotho in 1963 and made up my mind to become an actor

Dinner with any two figures from history: who would you invite and what would you serve them?
Richard Dawkins and Kevin Spacey Fish (snoek or yellow tail) braai

Favorite spot in Cape Town (besides Alexander Bar, obviously)?
On my electric scooter scooting around Chapman’s Peak

What excites you about theatre (or music/burlesque/magic/etc)?
The struggle to keep theatre opening and fun

What mistakes have you made and learned the most from?
Believing that thought-provoking theatre will fill auditoria/Lacking the ability to read my audiences in trying to win them over with thought-provoking theatre.

Who do you think people should be talking about? (chance to punt other artists) How theatre is the way to ‘teach’. How many excellent actors both men and women are not being given the platform to show off their good work due to funds not being made available from places like government and other treasure chests. Actors need support, there is so much they can do to mirror society creatively and expose all warts and pimples prevalent in our country.thereby sustaining a healing process for all.
